Risk Management Assistant (Student Position)

Summary of Position: Working with the Director of Safety, Health, Environmental and Risk Management (SHERM) to monitor and maintain the university Workers Compensation programs and the recordkeeping systems.
Position Requirements
Self-driven individual that is capable of working on their own with minimal supervision.
Must be available to work summers.
Must have previous experience in office setting with customer service skills.
Knowledgeable in Microsoft programs such as Word, Excel, and Access.
As an individual who is responsible for driving on behalf of the University, it is required that Human Resources obtain and review a motor vehicle report to determine your eligibility to drive for the University. You will be asked to complete an authorization form for obtaining a motor vehicle report.
Will be answering phone calls, data entry, filing, typing, scheduling meetings, research, coordination of training, program maintenance, etc.
