We're seeking a skilled Plumber to maintain and repair plumbing systems in tenant-occupied properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of residential plumbing and be able to efficiently diagnose and resolve a variety of issues.

Responsibilities Execute the installation, repair, and ongoing maintenance of residential plumbing and piping systems. Provide specialized drain cleaning and diagnostic services using advanced snaking and sewer camera equipment. Accurately and efficiently diagnose complex plumbing malfunctions to determine optimal solutions. Implement and perform scheduled inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure long-term system integrity. Adhere strictly to all local building codes and safety protocols while operating professional plumbing tools and equipment. Deliver excellent customer service and maintain clear communication with clients. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional worksite throughout the service appointment.
Qualifications Require prior professional experience as a plumbing technician. Demonstrate proficiency in diagnosing, installing, and repairing complex plumbing systems and equipment. Accurately interpret and execute work based on plumbing blueprints and schematics. Proven ability to troubleshoot and effectively address a wide range of plumbing issues. Exhibit a strong work ethic and commitment to attention to detail on all tasks. Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record.
Compensation $21 - $25 hourly
