Responsibilities
Actively promote and sell North Shore Bank products and services.
Serve as the Bank’s personal representative with customers, providing efficient, accurate, and friendly service; build strong relationships between the customer and the Bank.
Some Tellers are assigned as Area Tellers and support multiple branch locations.
Consistently perform North Shore Bank Quality of Services standards with both external and internal customers, meeting expectations and promoting customer willingness to keep, expand, and refer banking relationships.
Engage customers in meaningful conversations and ask questions to identify cross‑selling opportunities; make appropriate referrals to branch personnel and business partners.
Use customer relationship management tools to record referrals and update customer contacts.
Receive and answer questions from prospects or customers and maintain good customer relations.
Qualifications No banking experience required.
Entry level position.
