Universal Banker – Florissant First Bank – Join a thriving branch where you serve as the first point of contact for our clients.

About this Role In this role you welcome and strengthen relationships with clients through a world‑class service model. You’ll conduct full conversations, identify appropriate financial solutions and leverage internal partnerships to acquire, expand, and retain our client base.

Responsibilities

Client Acquisition and Engagement: Acquire and deepen the branch client base through proactive service and sales activities, including needs assessments and tailored financial solutions.

Advice and Guidance: Drive solutions‑based conversations to meet clients’ financial needs, enhancing loyalty through various interactions. Offer advice on digital and self‑serve banking options to simplify and expedite transactions.

Risk Management and Operations: Manage risk by adhering to policies and procedures, ensuring efficient and accurate branch operations.

Other Duties: Perform other duties as needed.

Qualifications, Competencies, and Skills

High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Previous cash‑handling experience preferred.

Minimum of 24 months of sales and/or banking experience preferred.

Life License (LB) preferred.

NMLS registry required.

Proven sales skills.

Good analytical skills.

Developed customer service skills, including written and verbal communication.

Ability to use a PC and alpha/numeric keyboard.

Flexible work week schedule, which may include Saturdays.

Note: As part of the employment process for this position, you will have to meet the requirements of a background credit check. This position requires compliance with the S.A.F.E Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 and all related regulations. Ongoing employment is contingent upon meeting all such requirements.

Additional Details The compensation range for this role considers experience, skills, training, and other internal factors. Compensation may vary based on geographic location and whether the position is remote. A reasonable estimate of the current pay is min $19.00 – avg $23.28 per hour.
