This isn’t traditional brokerage or asset management. This is a fast-moving advisory role supporting national retailers, restaurants, financial institutions, and private equity firms on high-impact real estate decisions — restructurings, acquisitions, portfolio optimization, and more.

This isn’t traditional brokerage or asset management, it’s a fast-moving advisory group that partners with national retailers, financial institutions, and private equity firms on big portfolio decisions. Lots of visibility, real client interaction, and a mix of analytics + project oversight.

Principal

and play a critical role supporting major companies through restructuring, acquisitions, and portfolio optimization. Your day would blend analytical work, workflow management, and client interaction.

A typical day includes:

Reviewing and cleaning deal data from dealmakers (Excel + Salesforce)

Updating models, forecasts, KPIs, budgets, and reporting that drive high‑stakes decisions

Setting up new projects and distributing updated data/models to the dealmaking team

Scrubbing deal terms, identifying issues, and preparing packages for client review

Interface with client finance/lease accounting teams to ensure accuracy

Participating in approval meetings twice weekly and tracking decisions

Coordinating with negotiators on documents, counteroffers, and lease administration

Quick role snapshot:

Support 2–6 major projects

10% modeling / 40% reporting / 50% coordination

Exposure to ~60% of client REC meetings
