Full Time Teller – Bronx, NY – Santander Bank, N.A. Join Santander, a global leader in financial services, to deliver exceptional customer service and support innovative transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

Provide a high level of customer service by welcoming customers and addressing banking needs.

Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers and other financial transactions accurately.

Handle cash, maintain accurate cash drawer balances, and adhere to all bank policies and procedures.

Recognize and cross‑sell bank products to deepen relationships.

Leverage digital tools to educate customers on self‑service options.

Assist with custodianship, audits, and other operational tasks.

Maintain a clean, organized work area to create a welcoming environment.

Support nearby branch locations as business necessity requires.

Qualifications

High school diploma, GED or equivalent experience – required.

6+ months cash handling experience – required.

6+ months customer service experience – required.

Excellent customer service skills and passion for helping others.

Ability to identify and raise risk concerns.

Follow directions, policies and procedures.

Effective listening and communication skills.

Comfortable using digital tools and technology to enhance engagement.

Energetic, organized and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.

Attention to detail and accuracy.

Basic computer proficiency and math skills.

Availability for branch hours, including weekends and evenings.

Benefits & Compensation Base pay range: $30,000 – $47,000 annually. Additional benefits include a competitive rewards package, flexible working arrangements and Santander Benefits.
