Job Description:
Ensures compliance with healthcare, federal, state, and local safety regulations and standards in all maintenance activities. Inspects and repairs various systems, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and structural components.
Responds promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies to minimize disruptions.
Collaborates with other departments to coordinate maintenance activities and ensure seamless operations. Maintains accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and inspection reports.
Manages inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment, ensuring availability for necessary repairs. Provides training and guidance to maintenance staff to ensure high-quality workmanship.
Monitors and evaluates the performance of maintenance staff, providing feedback and support as needed.
The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed: QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
High School Grad or Equiv (Required)
Pay Range: $21.80 - $40.55
