skilled, motivated Welder
who isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty and take ownership of their work. If you’re experienced in
welding, fabrication, and repairing used equipment , enjoy working independently, and take pride in doing the job right, we want to hear from you!
At Mid‑Atlantic, you won’t just be welding—you’ll help
get our customers’ equipment back to great condition . From repairing worn parts to fabricating and assembling components, your days will be hands‑on, varied, and rewarding.
Benefits
$250 Quarterly Tool Allowance
Work‑Life Balance: Monday–Friday schedule from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Competitive Hourly Pay (NO FLAT RATE)
Ongoing training and professional development
Competitive, experience‑based pay: $25–$32/hour

Responsibilities
Weld, repair, and fabricate used equipment as needed
Maintain a safe and organized workspace
Take initiative and complete tasks independently
Perform other welding‑related tasks as assigned
Qualifications
Strong hands‑on welding and fabrication experience
Experience repairing used equipment
Must have your own tools, including a welding helmet
Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a DOT physical
Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices
Physical Requirements
Ability to frequently kneel, bend, squat, push, pull, and reach
Must be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs. without assistance
Must be able to get into and out of various vehicles without assistance
Must pass a DOT physical including drug screening
Comfortable working in small or tight spaces
