What do our Installers do?
Prepare, load, deliver, and install plants and equipment at client sites.
Complete occasional warehouse tasks such as plant receiving and preparation.
Load service vehicle and exercise care when delivering plants and hard goods.
Schedule delivery details and deliver replacement materials as required.
Drive a delivery van/truck in urban and rural settings.
Maintain plants and hardware components of living green walls at various heights.
Plant containers, vases, and planter beds with a wide variety of plants.
Prevent damage to surrounding floors, walls, carpet, and furniture during installation.
Deliver and install scenting and air‑purification equipment.
Be available for occasional after‑hour project work, such as early access to some customer sites.
Perform outdoor/exterior work as required.
Assist on holiday decoration installations and removal.
Qualifications
Experience caring for plants is preferred.
Experience interacting with clients.
Regular lifting up to 50 lbs.
Able to safely climb ladders up to 12 ft.
Lift certification is a plus.
Experience using pruners, scissors, and other sharp objects.
Experience using drills, saws, and other power tools.
Must possess a valid driver’s license from the state of residence.
