As an Entry Level Automotive Technician, you will gain hands‑on experience by learning how to perform basic automotive services while delivering outstanding service. Experience is not required; we will train you in all necessary skills.

Shift Information:

Stores may be open 7 days a week, including weekends and some holidays.

What We Require

Valid driver’s license and at least 18 years of age.

U.S. legal authorization to work without current or future sponsorship.

Desired Skills & Qualities

Ability to analyze information, identify problems, and make decisions.

Commitment to learning new technologies in the automotive industry.

Dedication to safety policies and procedures.

Preferred Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED.

Previous automotive preventative maintenance experience or formal automotive training.

Responsibilities

Perform basic automotive services such as mounting and balancing tires, tire repairs, oil changes, and filter replacements.

Train with mid and senior level technicians to learn additional services.

Provide excellent guest service, including clear communication and feedback about vehicles.

Promote teamwork to meet guest expectations.

Maintain strict adherence to company policy on vehicle care and operation.

Perform manual tasks for extended periods, including light and heavy lifting, standing, bending, and squatting.
