Domino's Supply Chain Center is seeking a Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team. This critical position demands advanced technical skills in designing, evaluating, troubleshooting, repairing, and installing production equipment. Proficiency in Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, Hydraulics, Pneumatics, and Computer Controls is essential. The Maintenance Technician will be entrusted with the vital responsibility of maintaining our distribution and manufacturing facility, including executing preventive maintenance, conducting thorough troubleshooting, performing precise repairs, and overseeing the installation of machinery related to food processing equipment, physical structures, and mechanical and electrical systems. Furthermore, the Maintenance Technician must demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of safety protocols and their stringent application when working with mechanical and electrical equipment in a high‑stakes production environment.

Night Shift

(8 pm – 3:30 am, Monday – Thursday nights; Friday night 8:00 pm – 3:30 am)

Hourly pay:

$36/hr.

Core Responsibilities and Duties (40%) Equipment Inspection, Troubleshooting, and Maintenance

Conduct rigorous monitoring of equipment to detect and prevent malfunctions

Industrial equipment electric control voltage troubleshooting

Engage in critical discussions with supervisors and team members to diagnose complex issues and implement effective machine repairs

Execute precise installation, repair, or replacement of electrical devices, including transformers, relays, circuit breakers, starters, and safety and limit switches

Perform meticulous layout, assembly, installation, and maintenance of pipe systems and related hydraulic and pneumatic equipment

Implement, program, and troubleshoot sophisticated automated machinery and Programmable Logic Controllers

Oversee the installation, troubleshooting, and repair of critical refrigeration and Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning (HVAC) equipment

Ensure optimal performance of material handling equipment through regular service and repairs

Maintain vigilant monitoring of the main electrical panel and conduct immediate troubleshooting as necessary

Execute repairs and maintenance on essential systems including boilers, water heaters, water conditioning equipment, and all water distribution systems

(20%) Adherence to Preventative Maintenance Protocols

Diligently perform all necessary maintenance tasks and meticulously update logs

Promptly report major issues to the supervisor, ensuring swift resolution

(10%) Facility Structural Integrity Maintenance

Execute precise repairs and maintain the physical structure of the establishment

Conduct general maintenance repairs of office and building infrastructure

(20%) Strict Adherence to Safety and Regulatory Compliance

Proactively identify potential safety issues with machines; thoroughly document concerns; develop comprehensive action plans for resolution; rigorously follow up to ensure complete problem resolution

Continuously monitor machines to ensure all levels comply with EPA, OSHA, and other government guidelines; swiftly develop and implement action plans to address deviations; conduct thorough follow‑ups to confirm full resolution of issues

(10%) Critical Auxiliary Duties

Provide crucial assistance in the control and scheduling of projects

Maintain vigilant monitoring of inventory levels and initiate timely orders for essential parts

Conduct comprehensive monitoring of energy usage and provide strategic recommendations for improved efficiency

Qualifications Certificates, Licenses, Regulations (Preferred)

To perform this job successfully, the individual must be proactive and self‑motivated, able to evaluate and repair all types of mechanical and electrical equipment, and able to perform under extreme stress when equipment failure occurs.

HS Diploma, or two years of technical school training, or 3 to 4 years related experience, or licensed journeyman of a skilled trade

Basic level computer skills for word processing and spreadsheets

Able to effectively present information to peers, upper management, and team members in oral and written form

Define problems and draw conclusions

Interpret technical instructions and diagrams
