Front Desk - Luxury Condominium (2nd Shift)

Front Desk Agent responsible for guest check‑in/out, reservations, and switchboard duties during the 2nd shift (4 pm – 12 am, M‑F). Must possess strong customer service skills. Pay is $19‑21 per hour based on experience. Essential Functions

Provide administrative, reception and program support to management and staff. Manage phone activity and provide general knowledge to callers. Manage walk‑in traffic; sign in customers and greet them warmly. Register and assign rooms to guests. Provide quotes for room rates and upsell guests. Assist in coordinating the Front Desk and the Housekeeping Department. Verify correct charges and credits on the guest folio; collect payment. Ensure all cash and cash equivalents are accounted for and balanced at shift start and end. Respond to guest inquiries. Resolve guest complaints within authority or refer to management. Maintain awareness of safety issues and report them immediately. Skill and Knowledge Requirements

High School Diploma preferred; minimum 16 years of age. Clerical skills: typing, filing, office machine operations, cash register operation, record maintenance, multitasking. Computer proficiency. Excellent interpersonal, administrative, telephone and communication skills. Ability to coordinate multiple priorities and learn new skills. Physical and Mental Requirements

Move around on foot; frequent movement throughout the unit. Lift, carry, and push up to 25 lbs regularly, 30‑35 lbs frequently, up to 50 lbs occasionally. Stand for the entire work day and climb steps regularly. Sit at a desk and monitor phones for extended periods. Withstand indoor and outdoor temperatures. Read and write in English. Clear speech for communication with customers and coworkers. Constant verbal communication with other employees in a fast‑paced environment. Physical presence at the job site is essential. Equipment Used
