RaceTrac Company Overview What You'll Do
Resolve maintenance and services issues at the RaceTrac Travel Center to ensure full operability 24/7, ultimately increasing the profitability of the company. Treat stained areas with chemical degreaser and completely pressure wash sections of the store each day. Clean rooms, hallways, restrooms, and all other work areas. Maintain all trash on site during the shift. Ensure each job is performed at a high level of skill and with optimal customer service. Serve as a knowledge expert in general maintenance functions including, but not limited to: HVACR, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, foodservice/beverage amenities, and petroleum dispensing systems. Accurately maintain equipment, tools, and inventory on site. Provide project support to cross-functional departments in various initiatives related to stores. Respond to additional ad hoc maintenance requests communicated from store personnel as needed. Maintain knowledge of local and state guidelines for facility services as necessary. Perform other work-related duties as assigned. Work with other ASTs to cross train in multiple trades. Have the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and to repeatedly bend, stand and reach while on the job. What We're Looking For
General maintenance knowledge and repair procedures required. Ability to use common tools and office equipment required. Food and beverage equipment repair knowledge preferred. Fuel dispenser and pump repair knowledge preferred. Technical School training in HVACR or electrical preferred. Experience in a retail maintenance environment preferred. Basic Microsoft office knowledge. 4+ years work experience preferred. #RTFS Benefits
