Your New Role
Execute residential HVAC installations with precision, following company standards
Lead and mentor installation helpers to ensure high standards and efficiency
Communicate clearly with customers, offering expert advice and addressing questions
Maintain accurate project records and documentation
Ensure company tools, vehicles, and equipment are well-maintained
Serve as a key contact for customers, fostering trust and satisfaction throughout each job
Collaborate with your team to meet project timelines and quality expectations
Measure ductwork accurately and handle related installation tasks
Requirements
3+ years of residential HVAC installation experience
EPA Certification (NATE certification is a plus)
Must pass a background check and random drug tests
Valid driver's license with a clean record
Physical ability to lift 50-75 lbs and work in crawlspaces, attics, and on roofs
Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
