Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
Operate, set up, and monitor production machinery according to specifications and work instructions
Perform machine adjustments, tooling changes, and basic troubleshooting as needed
Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality and dimensional standards
Maintain a safe and clean work environment in compliance with company policies and OSHA regulations
Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production schedules
What's Needed?
Prior experience operating Laser, Brake Press, CNC, BLS, Vipro, Flexo, or Post machines (at least one required)
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications
Familiarity with quality control processes and measurement tools
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as required
