Additionally, the CFO will oversee HR, IT, and organizational operations to support the company's stability, growth, and alignment with strategic goals.
Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business, with a CPA or CMA preferred. A minimum of 8 years' of senior management experience in nonprofit finance is required, along with expertise in GAAP, budgeting, financial systems, HR operations, and compliance.
