The Company is in search of a Vice President of Restaurant Operations to spearhead the strategic and operational management of its network of casual dining and bar locations. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a high-performance operations team, ensuring operational excellence and brand consistency across all units, and driving financial performance through effective budget management and cost control. This executive role demands a results-driven leader with a proven track record in the casual dining or bar segment, particularly in overseeing a significant number of units. The role is remote, requiring a unique blend of high-level strategic planning and the ability to foster strong virtual relationships.

Key responsibilities for the Vice President of Restaurant Operations include strategic leadership, operational excellence, financial performance, growth and development, cross-functional collaboration, and talent management. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years' of senior leadership experience in restaurant operations, with a focus on the casual dining or bar segment, and a background in managing multi-unit operations remotely. A Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality management, or a related field is preferred. The role also requires strong business acumen, exceptional financial analysis skills, and proficiency in restaurant technology platforms and data analysis tools. The candidate should be adept at managing multiple strategic priorities in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for teaching and mentoring.
