The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a high-performance operations team, ensuring operational excellence and brand consistency across all units, and driving financial performance through effective budget management and cost control. This executive role demands a results-driven leader with a proven track record in the casual dining or bar segment, particularly in overseeing a significant number of units. The role is remote, requiring a unique blend of high-level strategic planning and the ability to foster strong virtual relationships.
Key responsibilities for the Vice President of Restaurant Operations include strategic leadership, operational excellence, financial performance, growth and development, cross-functional collaboration, and talent management.
