The Company is seeking a Vice President of Corporate Development and M&A to lead the strategic and hands-on execution of M&A activities, with a primary focus on sell-side transactions. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the monetization strategy, including the decision to sell or hold assets within a significant development pipeline. This role requires a senior commercial leader with a background in investment banking, corporate development, or strategic M&A, particularly within the energy infrastructure sector. The VP will lead a high-performing M&A team, work closely with various internal departments to ensure project positioning aligns with market dynamics, and actively seek out and capitalize on monetization opportunities.
The ideal candidate for this role at the company is a commercially driven and proactive individual, with a strong background in utility-scale renewables and a deep understanding of development risk.
