The Company is seeking an Executive Director to lead its climate coalition, which is dedicated to advancing and uniting subnational leadership on climate action. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a strategic plan that includes high-impact campaigns, and for identifying and fostering strategic partnerships with global allies. This role requires a leader with a deep understanding of the political, cultural, and economic landscape, and the ability to adapt and ensure the coalition remains relevant and effective. The Executive Director will also be tasked with organizational leadership, including hiring and managing a diverse team, overseeing internal operations, and maintaining a positive, collaborative staff culture.
Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company should have at least 12 years' of relevant experience, with a strong preference for those who have worked directly with elected leaders in state and local government. The role demands a passionate individual with a proven track record in leadership, coalition building, and strategic communication.
