About the Role

The Company is in search of a Head of Lifestyle Proposition and Partnerships for North America, a visionary leader to shape the future of luxury lifestyle experiences. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and leading the lifestyle proposition strategy, with a focus on dining, retail, travel, and entertainment. This pivotal role involves overseeing a team of Partnership Managers to strengthen and expand a network of high-value partnerships, ensuring the delivery of best-in-market offers tailored to the needs of ultra-high-net-worth clients. The Head will also be tasked with driving innovation in lifestyle offerings, designing impactful campaigns, and working cross-functionally to integrate services seamlessly. Strategic leadership, a strong understanding of the dining industry, and a proven track record in commercial and partnership management are essential.

Applicants for the Head of Lifestyle Proposition and Partnerships role at the company should have a minimum of 3 years' team leadership experience in the luxury sector, hospitality, or lifestyle services, with a focus on UHNW client engagement. The role requires a dynamic leader with a hands-on approach to relationship and team management, capable of ensuring the lifestyle proposition remains best-in-class and evolves in line with market trends.
