About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Strategic Implementations and Operational Outcomes. The successful candidate will be a strategic leader with a strong focus on overseeing a segment-wide project portfolio, ensuring that all projects are in line with the organization's goals, and driving operational excellence through standardized project management practices. This role is pivotal in leading a multi-faceted team to deliver high-impact implementations and projects on time, within scope, and on budget, while also promoting a culture of accountability, agility, and continuous improvement. Key responsibilities include providing leadership and hands-on guidance to a team of professionals involved in the implementation of large-scale, intricate outsourced services, and collaborating with an Enterprise Technology Project Management Office.

Applicants for the Vice President position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, with a Master’s or MBA preferred. A minimum of 10 years' progressive experience in project and program management, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role, is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading enterprise PMOs or large-scale transformation initiatives and possess knowledge of various project management methodologies such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, and SAFe. The role demands exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to empower teams and stakeholders, foster cross-functional collaboration, and manage proactive change effectively.
