About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Distribution to provide strategic leadership across multiple facilities, ensuring the efficiency and compliance of all warehouse operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and enforcing standardized policies and procedures, maintaining full compliance with food safety and regulatory standards, and optimizing space and cost efficiency. This role also involves leading the implementation and optimization of Warehouse Management Systems, monitoring key performance indicators, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless supply chain.
Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, or a related business field, and a minimum of five years' experience in a leadership role overseeing multi-site food operations. Deep knowledge of food safety, quality, and compliance requirements is essential, as is proven expertise in WMS, ERP systems, and data-driven decision-making. The Head of Distribution will also be tasked with building and developing site-level leadership teams through effective coaching and mentorship, making strong leadership and communication skills a key requirement for this position.
