The Company is seeking a VP, Talent Development to lead the creation of a robust, enterprise-wide talent development ecosystem. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive talent development strategy that aligns with the company's mission and growth priorities. This includes overseeing succession planning, career frameworks, performance management, and learning and development programs. The role demands a strategic leader with a hands-on approach, capable of translating vision into scalable, measurable initiatives that enhance workforce capability and drive business performance. The VP will also be a key partner to executives, a trusted advisor to business leaders, and will ensure that talent development is integrated across the employee lifecycle.
Applicants must have a minimum of 12 years' experience in talent development or related fields, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building and scaling talent development programs, strong data fluency, and exceptional stakeholder management skills. A background in a high-growth, hybrid environment is preferred, along with expertise in learning platforms, assessment tools, and talent analytics. The role requires a leader who is adept at change management, and who can effectively lead a team and collaborate with cross-functional partners. A strategic thinker with a focus on systems design, influence, and executive presence, the VP will be instrumental in driving the company's talent development initiatives and ensuring a culture of continuous improvement.
