Applicants for this role at the company should have a JD degree with excellent academic credentials and at least 8 years of experience in employee benefits and executive compensation matters, preferably at a top-tier law firm or in a similar in-house role. The role involves a broad range of responsibilities, including advising on global compensation programs, retirement plans, and employment tax issues.
