About the Role
The Company is in search of an Associate Vice President for Asset Management. The successful candidate will play a key role in the strategic leadership of the asset management team, with a focus on developing and implementing strategies to maximize the performance and value of the affordable housing portfolio. This includes preparing investment recommendation reports, overseeing a regional portfolio to ensure compliance with various regulatory requirements, and managing property budgets to align with ownership goals. The role also involves team development, collaboration with property management and development teams, and a strong emphasis on compliance and risk management.
Applicants for the Associate Vice President position should have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with a preference for business administration, finance, or real estate, and a minimum of 7 years' experience in asset management, real estate, or property management, particularly in the affordable housing sector.
