About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director to serve as its chief executive and strategic leader. The successful candidate will be responsible for advancing the organization's mission, vision, and goals, while ensuring long-term sustainability. This role involves providing overall direction for programming, operations, and community engagement, as well as maintaining financial stewardship and compliance with all regulations. The Executive Director will work in partnership with the Board of Trustees to set organizational priorities, inspire and develop staff, and cultivate key stakeholder relationships.
