The Company is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead the operational and manufacturing functions of its Material Recycling Facilities (MRFs). The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance, safety, and efficiency of the MRFs, with a focus on AI-powered sortation to modernize recycling infrastructure. This role involves full P&L responsibility, leading a high-performing team, and establishing strategic goals for operational efficiency, productivity, and quality. The COO will also be instrumental in developing and implementing best-practice operational systems and processes to enhance business performance and scalability.
Applicants for the COO position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' experience in running multiple MRF operations, with a strong background in management across the design, construction, and project management of new facilities.
