About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff (GTM) to play a pivotal role in its rapid growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and managing the operating system that supports the company's scale, working closely with the founders to translate strategy into execution. This role encompasses a wide range of go-to-market and sales activities, including the development of the sales stack, CRM, and pipeline reporting, as well as the planning and execution of events and the creation of partnership programs. The Chief of Staff will also be involved in operations, owning finance operations, and coordinating legal workflows, and will be a key player in strategy and execution, turning the founder's vision into clear priorities and execution roadmaps.

The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years' of experience in generalist operations, GTM, sales, consulting, or banking, with a preference for those who have been part of a high-growth B2B SaaS startup. They should have a proven track record of building processes and systems from the ground up, strong business fluency across various domains, excellent project management skills, and be a clear and confident communicator. A structured thinker, with the ability to bring clarity to ambiguous problems, and a low-ego, highly adaptable operator comfortable with rapidly changing priorities, is essential. Preferred qualifications include experience in scaling a startup from Seed through Series A, a background in top-tier consulting, and experience in enterprise B2B SaaS sales environments.
