The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer to spearhead its financial strategy during a pivotal phase of growth and transformation. The successful candidate will be instrumental in leading the organization through a period of accelerated expansion, with a focus on geographic growth and strategic mergers and acquisitions. The role demands a passionate and committed leader with a proven track record, particularly in the areas of residential services, high-ticket, field-based, or blue-collar environments, and a strong background in private equity. The CFO will be responsible for integrating and professionalizing recently acquired businesses, as well as driving the company's financial performance to support the ambitious goal of scaling the business significantly within the next 3-5 years.

Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a tenure of 20-35+ years, with a background that includes solid experience in M&A and a requirement for a background in private equity. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the financial aspects of a business model similar to that of the company, and a proven ability to lead financial operations in a dynamic and growth-oriented environment.
