About the Role

The Vice President, Investment Banking will be responsible for managing the execution of high-profile strategic transactions, which includes mergers & acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, and portfolio company financings for private equity firms and institutional investors. You’ll oversee deal teams to ensure high-quality deliverables, drive advanced financial modeling and valuation analysis, and prepare compelling client presentations that support transaction strategy and execution. Building and maintaining strong relationships with financial sponsor clients is central to the role, as is partnering with senior leadership to identify new business opportunities and contribute to revenue growth. You will also act as a trusted advisor throughout the deal lifecycle, coordinate across internal teams and external advisors, and help position the firm as a preferred banking partner for financial sponsors.

You should have a Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or a related field, with advanced qualifications such as an MBA or CFA preferred. A minimum of 7 years' investment banking experience with a focus on financial sponsors coverage or leveraged finance is typically required, along with a proven track record of leading complex transactions and managing client relationships. Excellent analytical skills, financial modeling expertise, and strong communication and leadership capabilities are essential to drive execution and client engagement. The role demands the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, manage multiple high-impact projects, and contribute to business development efforts.
