The successful candidate will be responsible for winning customers, building the product in collaboration with the engineering team, leading the seed capital round, and assembling a high-performing founding team. As the Founding CEO, you will be at the forefront of this transformative project, with a focus on the $20B+ employee benefits market. The ideal candidate should possess a founder-level drive, startup scrappiness, and a proven track record in B2B SaaS sales, marketing, and customer engagement. Experience in the employee benefits, brokerage, or insurtech/HR data products industry is essential. The role demands a leader with a strong risk appetite, the ability to craft compelling investor narratives, and a talent for attracting and nurturing top talent. Daily engagement with the team, full P/L ownership, and a significant equity stake in the business are part of the package for the right individual ready to take on this full-time, exclusive commitment to building and owning a new SaaS venture.
