The CFO will be responsible for defining and stewarding the company's financial strategy, shaping capital allocation, and long-term funding commitments in alignment with public accountability. This includes overseeing all finance functions, such as financial planning and analysis, accounting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, audit, risk management, and enterprise analytics. The successful candidate will also have a proven track record in leading financial strategy and capital planning, as well as experience with large-scale transformation initiatives and a strong ability to engage with external stakeholders.
