About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join its leadership team. The COO will play a pivotal role in the strategic and operational management of the organization, working closely with the Director to ensure that all activities are in line with the company's mission and vision. This includes providing strategic leadership and oversight of various operational areas such as finance, information technology, security, and facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing operational and financial strategies, spearheading long-term planning, and ensuring that the company's operations are efficient, excellent, and in compliance with relevant standards.
Candidates for the COO position at the company should have an advanced degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 5 to 7 years' of senior-level experience in management, preferably within a museum or related cultural institution. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex organizations, leading high-performing teams, and fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
