The Company is in need of an experienced HR Business Partner to join their team. The successful candidate will be a strategic business partner, serving as the primary HR advisor to business and site leadership. This role is pivotal in aligning workforce and people strategies with operational and financial objectives, and the HRBP will be responsible for coaching leaders on a range of HR matters, including performance management, engagement, and change management. The role also involves leading employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with company policies, and owning the end-to-end recruiting process for assigned client groups.
Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree, with a preference for a degree in HR, business, or a related field, and at least 5 years' of progressive HR experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employee relations, particularly in manufacturing or operational environments, and experience in multi-site HR support. Key skills include strong employee relations and investigation skills, excellent coaching and influencing abilities, and advanced Excel and HR reporting capabilities. The role requires a candidate with a deep understanding of employment law, HR compliance, and performance management practices, and who is adept at operating independently and making sound decisions. HR certifications are preferred, and experience in decentralized or PE-backed organizations is a strong plus.
