The Company is in search of a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the organization with a focus on strategic vision, governance, and financial sustainability. The successful candidate will be responsible for finalizing and implementing the long-range strategy, ensuring that the mission is achieved, and adapting to industry trends in behavioral and mental health services. This role requires a proactive approach to championing accessibility, equity, and best-in-class clinical outcomes for the community. The CEO will also be tasked with managing a significant budget, diversifying funding streams, and strengthening partnerships to secure the necessary resources for the organization.
Applicants for the CEO position at the company should have a minimum of 7 years' of progressive experience in nonprofit leadership, with a proven track record in financial management and resource stewardship. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the organization's mission, a Master's degree or higher in behavioral health or healthcare administration, and a history of cultivating a high-performing and motivated staff. Strong communication skills, the ability to build external relationships, and experience in strategic planning are essential. While not required, current or prior clinical professional licensure is strongly preferred. The CEO will be the chief public face and advocate for the organization, driving its strategic vision to maximize impact and ensure that every community member has the support they need on their journey to recovery and mental wellness.
