About the Role
The Company is in need of an Interim CIO to spearhead a critical technology strategy and transformation during a significant growth phase. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing a cohesive technology vision, modernizing platforms, and driving innovation in areas such as AI, usability, and security. This role is pivotal in enhancing member-facing platforms and ensuring seamless, secure experiences for a large user base. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing a unified technology strategy, defining and executing an AI strategy, overseeing modernization initiatives for front-end UX, and collaborating with the CTO and CISO to integrate security best practices. The Interim CIO will also be expected to establish governance for cybersecurity, incident response, and compliance, and to serve as a strategic advisor to the executive team on technology investments.
