About the Role

The Company is seeking a Founding Head of People to play a pivotal role in the design, development, and leadership of the People function. This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing company and be instrumental in establishing the formal people systems necessary to support its current scale. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of people strategy and leadership, including translating company goals into a clear people roadmap, building a scalable people organization, and establishing strong operating cadences. The role also involves owning the end-to-end recruiting strategy, developing talent scaling infrastructure, and designing and implementing compensation, performance, and career frameworks. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years' of people leadership experience, with a focus on high-growth startups, and a proven track record in all areas of people management.
