The Company is in search of a Vice President of Operations for Commercial Staffing. This pivotal role is focused on scaling, leading, and transforming operational excellence across multiple branches and markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving process improvement, standardizing and optimizing operational workflows, and ensuring high performance. A key aspect of the role is to lead the implementation and adoption of new technology, including ATS, CRM, and BI dashboard, and to build a culture of performance and accountability through the use of data and KPIs. The VP of Operations will also be tasked with mentoring and developing a team of directors, regional managers, and branch leaders, and will work closely with the executive team to achieve organizational goals.
