About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead the unification of brand, performance, lifecycle, and partnerships into a cohesive growth system. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and executing a data-backed marketing strategy that directly ties to revenue, customer acquisition cost (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), and conversion speed. This role requires a strategic leader who can shape the company's narrative in the proptech ecosystem, partner with the executive team on various strategic initiatives, and optimize revenue and growth through a full-funnel marketing approach. The CMO will also be tasked with cross-functional alignment, particularly with sales, product, growth, customer success, and partnerships, to ensure a seamless and effective go-to-market strategy.

Applicants for the CMO position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' of marketing leadership experience in B2B SaaS, with a focus on high-velocity conversions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of scaling annual recurring revenue (ARR) through a blend of acquisition channels and be deeply fluent in marketing metrics and analytics. Key qualifications include the ability to lead a marketing organization with operational rigor, install a modern performance marketing stack, and build scalable systems for campaign execution. The role demands a hands-on, metrics-focused operator who can inspire teams, craft compelling narratives, and operate with a builder mindset in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Success in this role will be measured by predictable pipeline and ARR growth, reduced CAC, improved conversion rates, and a strong brand presence among the target audience.
