The Company is seeking a Vice President of Engineering to spearhead the technical and organizational growth of its engineering division. The successful candidate will be tasked with defining and driving the technical vision, architecture, and long-term strategy for the company's platform. This includes leading the adoption of cloud-native architecture, guiding full-stack development, and ensuring the delivery of production-ready AI/ML workflows. The role also involves overseeing enterprise-grade security and compliance programs, and scaling the engineering organization across multiple locations. The VP of Engineering will be a key partner to the CEO and other cross-functional leaders, shaping the product roadmap, and establishing engineering excellence as a competitive advantage.
Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in system architecture, distributed systems, and event-driven design, and be adept at full-stack development. Experience in manufacturing, aerospace, defense, robotics, or industrial SaaS is preferred.
