About the Role

The Company is seeking a Regional Vice President for Specialist Sales to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a group of senior specialist sellers, with a focus on high-impact, enterprise solutions that support district-level innovation. This role requires a strategic leader who can also engage in hands-on execution, working cross-functionally to scale a new business unit and drive consistent performance in a complex market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, particularly in the K-12 education sector, and be adept at elevating experienced sellers.

Applicants must have a minimum of 8 years' experience in selling enterprise solutions to K-12 school districts, with a history of managing and forecasting six-figure, multi-stakeholder deals. A deep understanding of district buying cycles, stakeholder dynamics, and funding considerations is essential. The role also demands prior experience in leading and scaling specialist or overlay sales teams, as well as a demonstrated ability to coach senior sellers and ensure consistent quota attainment. The position is well-suited for a sales leader who thrives in fast-moving environments and is passionate about making a difference in the education technology space.
