The Company is seeking a Vice President, Development to be a transformative leader in designing, executing, and scaling the organization's fundraising strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving growth across individual, institutional, and corporate giving, with a focus on raising $20M annually. This role requires a minimum of 10 years' experience in fundraising or revenue-generating leadership, a proven track record of raising significant funds, and the ability to personally close six- and seven-figure gifts.
