About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President, Global Compensation to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be a strategic and innovative leader, responsible for driving the design and strategy of global compensation and rewards programs. This executive role is pivotal in ensuring that the company's compensation initiatives are in line with business goals, financial priorities, and the ever-evolving landscape of the workforce. The VP will champion pay equity, lead global M&A integration strategies, and build strong partnerships with various functions to support a holistic view of compensation. A key focus will be on global job architecture, leveling frameworks, and fostering a pay-for-performance culture.

Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years' experience in total rewards leadership, with a proven track record in broad-based compensation and global benefits program management. The role requires a leader with deep expertise in the field, including experience in advising C-suite executives and working with Board Compensation Committees. A solid understanding of global compensation and benefits regulations, as well as experience in multinational environments, is essential. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, stakeholder management, and change management skills, and be adept at leveraging data analytics to drive strategic decision-making. Experience in fast-paced, large enterprise software companies and a passion for industry trends in compensation and benefits are also key qualifications.
