About the Role

The Vice President,

Investment Banking - Financial Sponsors will be responsible for leading the execution of high-profile strategic transactions, which includes mergers & acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, and portfolio company financings on behalf of private equity and institutional sponsor clients. You’ll oversee deal teams to ensure accuracy and quality of deliverables, drive complex financial modeling and valuation analysis, and prepare compelling client presentations that support transaction strategy and execution. Building and maintaining strong relationships with private equity firms, institutional investors, and other key stakeholders is central to the role, as is partnering with senior leadership to identify new business opportunities and contribute to revenue growth. You will act as a trusted advisor throughout the transaction lifecycle, coordinate cross-functional execution efforts, and support business development initiatives.

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business or a related discipline, with an MBA or professional credential (such as CFA) preferred. A minimum of 7 years' experience in investment banking is typically required, supported by a proven track record of leading complex transactions and managing client relationships. Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, excellent communication and presentation abilities, and demonstrated leadership and team-management capabilities are essential. Success in this role also depends on the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, think strategically, and contribute to both deal execution and origination efforts.
