About the Role
The Company is in search of a Global Vice President of Talent Acquisition to spearhead the evolution of its worldwide recruiting function. The successful candidate will be a visionary leader with a proven track record in talent acquisition, particularly in high-growth, fast-moving environments. This role demands a strategic and operational expert who can design and scale systems to attract, assess, and hire exceptional talent at all levels. The VP will be responsible for developing and owning the global talent acquisition strategy, leading a diverse team, and ensuring a seamless, equitable, and memorable candidate experience. They will also be tasked with translating business strategy into hiring strategy, building a culture of excellence and inclusion, and acting as a trusted advisor to executives and senior leaders.
Applicants for the Global Vice President of Talent Acquisition position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' progressive experience in the field, with at least 10 years in a leadership role. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in executive search, senior leadership hiring, and critical capability build-outs, as well as expertise in modern TA technology and a commitment to equity and inclusion.
