About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director to lead its mission of providing cost-free breast health testing to underserved individuals. The successful candidate will be responsible for the organization's management and operations, including the development of new funding, community engagement, and maintaining a positive public image. This role involves building and managing relationships with donors, board members, and other stakeholders, as well as actively participating in fundraising activities. The Executive Director will also oversee the organization's projects and programs, ensure financial resources are allocated appropriately, and maintain effective communication of the mission and goals.

Applicants must have a minimum of a bachelor's degree and at least 5 years' of executive leadership experience, with a preference for those with a nonprofit background. The role requires proven fundraising skills, knowledge of nonprofit governance, and experience in grant writing. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the human services field, be an expansion-oriented team builder, and possess an activist mentality. An engaging personality, the ability to multitask, and a mission-oriented approach are essential. The Executive Director will be expected to uphold the organization's exemplary image and be flexible in their work schedule to meet the demands of the position.
