About the Role

The Regional Executive Director will be responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership for a network of facilities, ensuring high standards of care, compliance with regulatory requirements, and quality assurance across the region. This role is responsible for driving the implementation of organizational strategy, overseeing day-to-day operations, and managing financial performance to ensure sustainability and growth. The position involves directing cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of excellence, optimizing resource allocation, and maintaining strong oversight of operational and clinical outcomes. The Regional Executive Director also collaborates with senior leadership to identify opportunities for expansion and improvement while ensuring alignment with broader organizational objectives.

Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as accounting, finance, healthcare, or business, with an advanced degree (e.g., MBA or MHA) preferred. A minimum of 10 years' experience in behavioral healthcare or a related sector is expected, including at least seven years in progressively responsible supervisory or leadership roles. Applicants must have a solid understanding of healthcare regulations, financial and resource management principles, and quality compliance frameworks. Strong strategic planning, communication, and leadership skills are essential to effectively manage operations across multiple facilities and drive organizational results.
