About the Role

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be responsible for shaping the organization’s financial strategy and operations, which includes developing and executing financial plans that support business growth, profitability, and long-term sustainability. You will oversee core finance functions including budgeting, forecasting, financial planning & analysis (FP&A), accounting, reporting, and compliance to ensure accurate, timely, and GAAP-aligned financial information. You will optimize cost structures, implement scalable financial systems and processes, and drive automation and analytics to enhance operational efficiency. Partnering closely with the CEO and senior leadership, you will provide strategic insights on capital allocation, investments, risk management, and performance metrics while managing relationships with auditors, banks, and other external stakeholders. Additionally, you will recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing finance team that embodies accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.

Applicants should have significant executive-level experience in financial leadership roles with proven expertise in financial planning, reporting, risk management, and strategic finance functions. A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required, and advanced credentials (such as an MBA, CPA, or CFA) are strongly preferred. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills are essential, along with demonstrated ability to lead complex budgeting and forecasting efforts, optimize financial operations, and implement scalable systems. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills are also critical, as you will influence decision-making at the executive level and guide a finance team through growth and change.
