About the Role

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be responsible for providing strategic financial leadership and oversee all aspects of the finance function, including long-term planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, accounting, compliance, and risk management to support sustainable business growth and operational excellence. This role will lead capital allocation and financial modeling, drive cost optimization across operations, and partner closely with the executive leadership team to shape and execute corporate strategy, including M&A activity and integration efforts. The CFO will build and mentor a high-performing finance team, manage relationships with banks, auditors, and external stakeholders, and champion the adoption of technology-enabled reporting, automation, and real-time business insights to improve decision-making and organizational performance.

The ideal candidate will have extensive senior financial leadership experience, typically 15+ years with a proven track record as a CFO or senior finance executive, including strategic planning, financial management, and M&A execution within mid-sized or growing organizations. A strong foundation in finance and accounting is essential, with a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related discipline; advanced qualifications such as an MBA, CPA, or equivalent are preferred. Candidates should demonstrate deep commercial acumen, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment while driving financial discipline, innovation, and cross-functional collaboration.
