About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President, Corporate Communications to lead the strategic development and execution of the organization's brand voice, reputation, and executive communications strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and championing the narrative around clean power, ensuring it is consistent with the company's values and mission. This role involves overseeing all corporate messaging, shaping the organizational voice, and leading thought leadership and executive communications campaigns. The VP will also be tasked with managing significant brand and reputation budgets, anticipating and addressing reputational risks, and providing counsel on sensitive issues. A key aspect of the position is to build and mentor a high-performing team of communicators and to foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and collaboration.
Candidates for the Vice President, Corporate Communications position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an advanced degree preferred, and at least 15 years' experience in strategic communications, branding, or corporate affairs. The role requires a proven track record in leading brand and narrative strategy, managing multi-million-dollar budgets, and ensuring measurable ROI from campaigns.
